Orders under $3.000 I require a 50% deposit with the balance and shipping paid upon completion. $3,000 and above 1/3 deposit with a 1/3 progress payment upon request with the balance and shipping on completion. Your work is all fun but I also take it seriously to make you happy. Some projects will take longer than others so letting you know your patience is very much appreciated. I will ship the least expensive way or by your designated carrier. There are never any shipping up charges on my end.
Custom orders are not returnable. If you do order a custom piece you will find out I am the last of the great communicators. You will also find out I will go above and beyond to please you and you will be pleased I am sure. If there is a problem with a ready made piece I will do my best to make you happy there too.
